Biological Regulation of Beauty and Health
THE SKIN SPEAKS ABOUT EVERYTHING
We all want to look fresh and young, at 40 looking 30, at 50 looking 40. A well-groomed lady at 50 will always attract more attention than a young girl with acne.
Aesthetic medicine is a realm of women's struggle that is worth it.
Modern individuals have numerous opportunities to extend their lives, while at the same time facing a huge number of factors that cause premature aging: environmental pollution, excessive sun exposure, daily stress, disruption of biorhythms, lack of physical activity, and dietary mistakes.
I advocate for a physiological approach to rejuvenation.
My theory: late youth and late death. My credo is not beauty at any cost, but beauty as a result of strong health.
The skin is the third kidney (an important organ for toxin elimination) and the body's conversation with us. Rashes, pigmentation spots, papillomas are manifestations of internal problems. This is the body's cry for help.
We are part of a biological system, and it is important not to suppress (hormonal ointments, allopathic drugs), but to physiologically regulate all processes. Synthetic substances do not work on living organisms. Pharmaceutical drugs do not heal; they help one die without pain (any instruction with side effects confirms this).
The foundations of a healthy lifestyle. Where does rejuvenation begin? To inject or not to inject? What and when? What is the antagonist of all rejuvenating procedures?
Aging gracefully is what I will write about.
