Who this master class is for

The «Chemical Peeling» master class is for cosmetologists and doctors who already work with peels or are about to introduce them into their practice and want to understand what happens to the skin at every stage. In 4 hours you go from general information on chemical peeling to post-peel care and possible complications.

It is for those who want not just to know product names but to choose a peel for a specific skin consciously: to tell acid and enzyme peels apart, to see indications and contraindications, and to understand which effects on the epidermis and dermis are desired and which must be avoided.

«Chemical Peeling» is one of the five topics of the «Master Classes in Bioregulatory Cosmetology» cycle, together with the basics of mesotherapy, physiological treatment of acne, cellulite in integrative medicine and plasmotherapy. Each master class in the cycle has its own programme and duration, so it can be taken on its own.

Practical part and certificate

The practical part consists of tests and peel demonstrations: you see the procedure live and check how well you have taken in the theory. Participants receive certificates at the end.

The training takes place in Kyiv or on-site in your city, in a group or one-to-one. If you cannot come in person, distance learning via Skype or Zoom is available.

Who teaches

The author of the master class and instructor is physician-cosmetologist Larysa Lonchar, director of Biotonika. Higher medical education, specialisation in homotoxicology, in cosmetology since 2000; more on her expert page.

Chemical peels are a topic Larysa Lonchar has taught cosmetologists for many years in different Ukrainian cities. In 2017 she led seminars on Spanish peels and mesotherapy preparations, an overview of Mesosystem chemical peels in Poltava with a demonstration of the anti-age mesopeel technique (layered application of Red peel and Lifting peel with mesotherapy preparations), and the seminar «Chemical Peels Mesosystem (Spain)» in Chernivtsi: modern peel classifications, the role of the acidity constant in a peel solution's pH, TCA and retinoic acid peels, pre-peel preparation and supporting regeneration after the procedure. In 2018 in Sumy she gave an author's seminar on multilayer peeling and the logic of combining acids within one session and across sessions.
