Who this master class is for

The «Acne — Physiological Treatment» master class is designed for doctors of all specialties. It is for those who have seen in practice that classical medicine is successful in treating acute diseases but does not always cope with the complexity of chronic ones. Acne here is the example used to work through the bioregulatory approach to chronic inflammatory processes in the body.

This is not a general beginners' course on acne but training in a specific approach: how to assess the patient, what to use topically, and how to build a scheme with physiological regulatory medicine preparations. Programme: from the causes of acne to therapy schemes

The master class rests on a view of the human being as a system that regulates, sustains and restores itself. I. P. Pavlov wrote this back in 1921, and the thought stands as the programme's epigraph. That is why acne is treated here not as a local skin flaw but as a sign of a chronic inflammatory process that is approached comprehensively.

The theoretical part goes from diagnosis to approach:

• aetiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestations — exogenous and endogenous causes, types of acne, severity assessment;
• management with physiological regulatory medicine preparations;
• topical therapy and corneotherapy;
• immunomodulation by combining the patient's blood with homotoxicology preparations;
• the classical autohaemotherapy scheme and the practice of stepwise autohaemotherapy.

After the training you will understand and apply schemes of Heel bioregulatory preparations for inflammatory processes, know how to work with mild forms of acne using corneotherapy, and master the author's autohaemotherapy scheme combined with Heel preparations. Practice and certificate

The practical part is work with a cosmetologist's real tools:

• introduction to and testing of Dr.Belter cosmetics — the lines for oily and problem skin;
• discussing and drawing up stepwise autohaemotherapy schemes;
• practice on models.

Participants receive certificates at the end of the training. The whole master class lasts 5 hours. It takes place in Kyiv or on-site in your city, in a group or one-to-one; distance learning via Skype or Zoom is also possible. The on-site format is convenient if you want to arrange training for several colleagues in your city.

Who teaches

The author of the master class and instructor is physician-cosmetologist Larysa Lonchar, director of Biotonika. Higher medical education, specialisation in homotoxicology, in cosmetology since 2000. She has used biological preparations, including Heel, in her practice for over 20 years.
