Who this master class is for

The «Basics of Mesotherapy» master class is for cosmetologists and doctors who want to introduce mesotherapy into their practice with confidence or put what they already know in order. Mesotherapy training here has two levels: basic — 5 hours and advanced — 9 hours.

The main emphasis is safety. Mesotherapy is an injection technique, so the programme pays close attention to the protocol, indications and contraindications, side effects and the prevention of adverse events. Programme: from the history of the method to mesotherapy preparations

Theoretical part:

Homeomesotherapy and biopuncture set this mesotherapy course apart: they are techniques of the bioregulatory approach that the Biotonika school specialises in. In classical mesotherapy the cocktails contain amino acids, hyaluronic acid, polysaccharides, vitamins and trace elements, plant ingredients, enzymes and nucleotides; in homeomesotherapy, homeopathic preparations. A mesococktail is prepared for the specific case, and needles of different lengths deliver it to the right layer of the skin. That is why the classification of preparations and mesozones are separate topics in the programme.

«Basics of Mesotherapy» is one of the five topics of the «Master Classes in Bioregulatory Cosmetology» cycle. If after the basics you want to master biopuncture in more depth, there is a separate two-day master class for specialists, «The Secret of the Rejuvenating Apples».

Practical part:

How this programme was taught before

Larysa Lonchar has been teaching the basics of mesotherapy for years. In June 2017 a two-day «Basic Mesotherapy» training took place in Kyiv: from the history and definition of mesotherapy, instruments and consumables to the procedure protocol, techniques, mesozones and the classification of preparations. Its practical part included practising skills on models, reviewing mesotherapy protocols for different zones and areas with a discussion of possible corrections, questions and answers, and a discussion session. In March 2019 the «Basic Mesotherapy» seminar was held in Kherson.

In their reviews, students note the comprehensive approach to teaching mesotherapy, biopuncture and plasmolifting, and that the information is given in plain language and with practical application.

The author of the master class and instructor is physician-cosmetologist and mesotherapist Larysa Lonchar, director of Biotonika and a certified trainer of SDM Professional.
