Lymph - the living water of our body!

Lymph - the living water of our body!

The lymphatic system is one of the most complex and intricately designed systems in the human body. It is the system that removes toxins from the body, especially bacterial and fungal-parasitic toxins from protozoa. The immune system of a person largely depends on this system, and immunity is Life! We treat the lymphatic system in the most improper way - but it should only be treated with respect!

The lymphatic system consists of lymph nodes, lymphatic vessels, capillaries, and interstitial fluid. It flows "from bottom to top" and never in reverse! That is, from the tips of the fingers to the thoracic lymphatic duct. Lymph, in the form of interstitial fluid, washes every cell of our body like water in streams, then it enters the lymph nodes through lymphatic vessels-rivers. Exiting from the lymph nodes and merging together, the lymphatic vessels form the main lymphatic ducts, from which lymph re-enters the bloodstream. In the blood and liver, the detoxification processes initiated in the lymph nodes are completed.

The key place in the lymphatic system is occupied by the nodes. Lymph nodes are the purification facilities of the entire body. Every day, about 1 billion cells die naturally in our body, while the immune system destroys viruses and bacteria, and unnecessary toxic substances enter through food, air, and water. All of this is partially detoxified in the lymph nodes. At the exit from the nodes, lymph appears already purified.

Lymphocytes and antibodies that protect the body from infections are produced in the lymph nodes. Lymph nodes facilitate the even movement of lymph through the vessels, easing the delivery of nutrients necessary for the vital activity of cells to the tissues of internal organs. In other words, the lymphatic system is responsible for the transport and cleanliness of the internal environment of the body.

It is not hard to imagine what happens when this cleansing system fails. All waste products of cell activity rush through alternative pathways, such as the skin. As a result, acne may appear, the complexion may worsen, and the overall condition of the skin may decline. Sudden redness and pigment spots on the skin can also be consequences of failures in the lymphatic system.

When the functions of the lymphatic system are impaired, up to 83% of harmful substances accumulate in the interstitial space, resulting in contamination of the lymphatic stream - lymphotoxicity. This increases the load on all excretory and detoxifying organs: the liver, intestines, and kidneys. It turns out that the cleanliness of the internal environment of our body is directly related to the network of lymphatic vessels.

To prevent all these toxic factors from damaging cells, a constant outflow of interstitial fluid, or drainage, is necessary. How can we help the lymphatic system cope with the ever-increasing flow of substances poisoning our body?

Points of lymph cleansing

The lymphatic system is the only system, besides the kidneys and the gastrointestinal tract, that has an outlet through mucous membranes to the outside! This is a completely unique phenomenon because we cannot excrete anything through the skin! Toxins can only be expelled through mucous membranes because they do not have the solid dead protective barrier of the epidermis.

So, the first landing point for lymphatic evacuation - the first place for the expulsion of dead bacteria to the outside - is the vagina (in women) and the urethra (in men)! As soon as something enters the body, it is immediately detected: an uncomfortable feeling arises below, pain, cramps, etc.

This means that something has already entered, or rather, not something, but someone (alive and developing!) - a fungus, bacteria, virus, parasites, protozoa, etc.! And we usually "fight" with the secretions from there with all our might... But we should be fighting the parasites - the bacteria, viruses, fungi, and various infections! However, the main problem with our medicine is to ensure that there are no secretions, coughs, or runny noses! And here you insert one super-pill into the vagina - and there are no secretions, but where will they go from one pill - kilometers of fungal colonies that live in all tissues, in the liver, in the kidneys, in the intestines... Moreover, the pill can be so powerful that when absorbed, it can "shock" the liver!

As a rule, it works well: no secretions for three days - and then they start again (like thrush, for example). And what is thrush, what are the secretions during thrush? - these are the "corpses" of the fungus that were destroyed by our body with the help of leukocytes! Therefore, we should not fight with the "corpses", but with the living fungi! And the only way to fight is by boosting immunity. Because by other methods, nothing will work: you cannot kill everything alive in the body...

The second landing point for expulsion is the intestines, through which a huge amount of toxins is expelled! There are thousands of lymph nodes that open into the intestines - and they expel all of this!

The third landing point is the sweat glands, especially in the armpits. A person simply must sweat - all toxins (hormones, toxic substances) are expelled through the skin.

And what do we do to ensure they never get expelled? Right, the heavily advertised 24-hour deodorant! And all problems with sweat are solved: whether you scare yourself or ride on slides - there will be no more sweating! But where will the toxins go? To the nearest place - to the mammary gland! And from here comes mastopathy, contamination of the lymphatic basin: lymph was pushing everything out - and you sprayed (or applied), and now you are the fearless, never-sweating (but potentially sick) James Bond!

Never use a 24-hour deodorant! Only a 6-hour one, and then give the body a chance to sweat - and wash it all away! Unfortunately, the chemicals sprayed on the skin constrict the vessels according to a set program - for 12 - 24 - 48 hours. And now super-deodorants have appeared - 7-day ones. Then your sweat gland mechanism will simply be blocked - and that’s the end...

Everything is very simple: here is the knee joint - two bones with a smooth supporting surface, and around them is the joint capsule. Some people have swollen joints... it seems, what is there to swell?

But it turns out that behind this joint is a huge lymph node, and if it is thrombosed (by bacteria, for example, beta-hemolytic streptococcus), which lives in the blood, then arthritis will occur here (rheumatoid, infectious-allergic, polyarthritis - if many joints are affected).

Temperature may rise, but ask yourself: what is it for? To fight the bacteria! Or swelling appears. Why? Because the lymph node does not allow fluid to pass. What do we usually do: we heat it, apply ointments and mud, hormones, rubs - and think it will help? Never! - because, first of all, we need to clean the lymph!

But first, we need to determine who lives there. Until we find this out, we will not be able to heal the joints, skin, or kidneys! To get rid of different "inhabitants", different medications are needed: suppose a fungus lives there, and we are prescribed a course of antibiotics, which absolutely do not work against fungi and even feed them! And a powerful fungal arthritis arises, which is very difficult to treat! And after it, Bechterew's disease begins (when a person suddenly feels pain in all joints), and everything you want...

The fourth landing point is the nose, through which the main amount of airborne infections is expelled. Adenoids were removed - you killed your protective barrier!

The fifth landing point is the tonsils. They constantly swelled, interfered - cut them out and buried another protective barrier!

The sixth landing point is the larynx - this is laryngitis.

The seventh landing point is the trachea - development of tracheitis.

The eighth landing point is the bronchi - development of bronchitis.

The ninth landing point is the lungs - development of pneumonia.

That's it, there are no more protective barriers... A person can block or cut everything, but how will he then expel toxins - it is completely unclear!

Most people who have had their tonsils removed develop chronic laryngitis, chronic pharyngitis, elements of bronchitis. And if parasites, lamblia, and viruses remain, it will proceed with even more severe consequences. What is pneumonia? - it is thrombosis of the lymph nodes, preventing the outflow of fluid. What is neurodermatitis, psoriasis? - it is complete blockage of the lymph nodes due to fungal pathology, it is a fungus that has cemented everything there, which is why the skin opens "fire windows" on the flexural surfaces (in a child - the buttocks, cheeks, belly: in areas of lymph node accumulation).

Lymph is in order - thanks to exercise!

To cleanse the lymph, it is necessary to purposefully influence not only the lymphatic system but also the functioning of the liver and intestines.

Our intestines are surrounded by a very rich lymphatic network. It transports all fats, fat-soluble substances, and facilitates the removal of waste. In the liver, the process of detoxifying substances brought by lymph actively takes place.

With improper functioning of the intestines and liver, body intoxication can increase. As a result, lymph nodes may not cope with the increasing flow and fail. In this case, in the areas of the body that are "served" by these lymph nodes, lymph stagnation will occur, accompanied by swelling.

In 1955, German doctor H.G. Rekeweg formulated the theory of human body toxicity. Its essence is that disease is a manifestation of the body's reaction to the influence of various toxins.

Why do those who pay attention to exercise usually have no problems with the lymphatic system? A person does not have a separate heart for the lymphatic system, but how is the moving flow of lymph created? Here is a lymphatic vessel, and around it are muscles. The muscle contracts - lymph is pushed through, and the valves in the lymphatic vessels do not allow it to flow back. But if the muscle around the vessel does not work, where will the movement of lymph come from?

Rules to know

First, never allow the lymphatic system to become clogged with toxins, as over time it will become so toxic that restoring it will be very difficult. If the situation gets out of your control, promptly consult a knowledgeable specialist.

Second, always monitor the condition of the small and large intestines, ensuring their complete and regular emptying. To do this, strictly adhere to a diet. It is also useful to massage the central area of the palms, where many biologically active points related to the abdominal organs are located. During emptying, it is beneficial to massage the entire intestine.

Third, regularly, at least twice a year, conduct lymphatic drainage massage sessions - either independently or, if possible, with experienced specialists. If such an opportunity is not available, regularly during visits to the bath or when taking a hot bath, use a stiff brush or washcloth 10 - 15 times with effort along the body in the direction of the lymphatic system: on the limbs, in the pelvic, abdominal, and thoracic areas - from bottom to top and from outside to inside; on the head and neck - from top to bottom and from back to front. During self-massage, you can use special massage creams, rubbing them into the skin with circular motions.

Fourth, periodically monitor your weight. If excess weight appears, it is necessary to pay attention to the functioning of the liver and gallbladder, small and large intestines, and definitely activate physical movements to enhance the movement of stagnant lymph with toxins, balance food intake and energy expenditure, and avoid overeating. Remember that the appearance of excess weight is a sure sign of aging.

What not to do

The lymphatic system should not be heated; forget about quartz for life!

Do not place any compresses on the lymphatic system; during massage, avoid lymph nodes: leukocytes live there, and if you press them, going against the flow - you will simply destroy them...

If you damage a lymph node under the knee - it will swell for life! There is a disease called elephantiasis - lymph flows from the inside, all external procedures will not help! Lymph can be cleaned from the inside, but only active movements, muscle contractions - gymnastics can make it move.

To prevent lymph stagnation

If you feel tired sitting at work - it means the lymph has stagnated! Those who move their arms and legs even a little (hidden gymnastics for the body) - their muscles contract and lymph movement occurs.

And to prevent hemorrhoids - "jump" 30 - 50 times on your gluteal muscles: this is a massage of the lymphatic collector of the pelvic area. If there is no such massage - there will be prostatitis, adenoma...

Sex is also a rhythmic and organized movement, and if it is active, it promotes the functioning of the lymphatic system, leading to abundant sweating...

Folk methods for cleansing the lymphatic system

Conduct such cleansing regularly: first once every three months, then once every six months, and then once a year. The best effect is achieved in spring. It is especially useful to cleanse the lymph before an epidemic of influenza.

For prevention, it is useful to periodically drink tea made from apple cider vinegar. To do this, dilute 1 - 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of warm water, add a little honey, and drink 2 - 3 glasses a day.

To cleanse the lymph, brew a handful of purple burdock flowers in 1 liter of boiling water, cool, and drink like tea for a month. At the first intake, eat 3 - 4 raw burdock roots and 1 medium-sized celery root. Taking a decoction of walnut partitions also contributes to lymph cleansing. Pour 1 tsp of walnut partitions with 1 glass of boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes, infuse for an hour, strain, and drink 1 tbsp 3 times a day.

Pass 100 g of walnuts through a meat grinder, mix with 100 g of honey. Infuse the mixture for 2 weeks in a dark cool place and take 2 tsp 3 times a day before meals. And so - for 40 days.

Branches of fir - 1 kg (ground into powder), wild raspberry, roots (autumn-spring) - 0.5 kg (powder). Mix. Then layer in a glass container with honey. For 1.5 kg of mixture, you need 0.5 kg of honey and 200 ml of boiled water. Infuse for a day, then simmer in a water bath for 8 hours, then infuse for another 2 days. Drain the juice. A very aromatic, delicious drink. Give to children under 14 years - 1 tsp, 5 times a day before meals. For adults - 1 tbsp 5 times before meals. Take in courses of 12 days: drink for 12 days - rest for 10 days, and so on.

Garlic tincture. Pass 200 g of young juicy garlic through a meat grinder and pour 200 ml of medical alcohol. Close tightly and place in a cool place for 10 days, after which strain and squeeze. Take according to the scheme. Day 1 - 20 minutes before breakfast 1 drop in 50 ml of milk, before lunch - 2 drops, before dinner - 3 drops in the same amount of milk. Day 2 - take 4, 5, and 6 drops before breakfast, lunch, and dinner, respectively. Day 3 - 7, 8, and 9 drops. Day 4 - 10, 11, and 12 drops. Day 5 - 13, 14, and 15. (Days 6 - 10) decrease the number of drops in reverse order: 15, 14, 13, and so on until the tenth day. In the following days, take 25 drops in 50 ml of milk until the entire garlic tincture is used.

Cut 1 kg of shoots from coniferous trees (fir, pine, spruce, cedar, or larch) and dig up 0.5 kg of raspberry roots. Wash, dry, chop, mix, and place in a jar, adding 0.5 kg of honey. Layer the plant mixture and honey. Pour hot water over it and let it steep for a day. Then simmer this mixture in a water bath over low heat for 8 hours and let it steep again for two days. Take 1 tbsp (children - 1 tsp) 4 - 5 times a day for 2 weeks in a row.

For lymph node diseases, to strengthen immunity, a tincture of the roots of the saber is very helpful (100 g - on 500 g of vodka, infuse for 8 days, take 30 drops 3 times a day). For external use, any dry heat is suitable. The simplest and perhaps the most effective is a dry cloth rubbed with household soap. Apply it to the lymph nodes and cover with something warm.

To maintain the lymphatic system in a normal state, it is necessary to eat properly. Try to avoid food that cannot be processed by the body, as this can lead to body intoxication through the intestines. Such food includes various canned products, unnatural drinks, products contaminated by the environment, vegetables, and fruits containing excessive amounts of nitrates.

Indicators of lymph cleansing will be a reduction in tonsils, adenoids, cessation of runny nose and cough, and a decrease in skin rashes and secretions from the genital tract. But first, it is necessary to remove excess mucus-forming substances from the diet: starch, bread, pork, sausage, whole milk.

Massage, baths, and aromatherapy

To reduce swelling and activate lymph movement, special forms of massage are effective, especially with essential oils such as geranium, juniper, and rosemary. When procedures need to be performed for a long time, rosemary can be replaced with black pepper oil, and some specialists also include birch or patchouli oil.

Massage should be done from the fingers of the hands to the collarbone area, where lymph enters the subclavian vein. Since the amount of lymph entering the bloodstream increases during this massage, the amount of fluid expelled from the body also increases. As a result, after lymphatic massage, increased urination is noted, further enhanced by the diuretic properties of the oils used.

This massage can be even more beneficial if combined with a bath with the addition of some of the same oils. After the bath, the body should be massaged with a dry brush in the same direction as with regular massage, that is, from the fingers to the collarbone. A cleansing diet may also be necessary.

A contraindication for lymphatic massage is cancer. The lymphatic system is a route through which malignant tumor cells can move from one part of the body to another and cause secondary cancer formations (metastases). Therefore, any procedures affecting the lymphatic system are unacceptable in cancer.

Look within yourself!

From the perspective of psychosomatics, problems in the lymphatic system are a warning that one should reorient to what is most important in life: love and joy. It is condemnation, guilt, and a huge fear of not being "good enough." The insane race to prove one's self - until there is no substance left in the blood to support oneself. In this race for acceptance, the joy of life is forgotten.
