Delivery, payment and returns of NSP products

Delivery

• Nova Poshta — to a branch, a parcel locker (parcels up to 20 kg) or by courier to your door.
• Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day ship the same day, the rest on the next working day (Mon–Sat). Nova Poshta delivers in 1–3 working days.
• Delivery is charged at Nova Poshta rates (about 80–120 ₴ for a parcel up to 2 kg), paid on receipt. Orders from 2 500 ₴ are delivered free of charge.
• After dispatch you receive an SMS with the waybill number; track the parcel on the Nova Poshta website or app.

Payment

• Cash on delivery — pay on receipt at the branch or locker. The Nova Poshta money-transfer fee is paid by the recipient at carrier rates.
• Card online — Visa or Mastercard via NovaPay at checkout.
• Bank transfer — the invoice is e-mailed; the parcel ships once the payment arrives.
• A fiscal receipt is issued for every order; with cash on delivery it is enclosed in the parcel.

Returns and exchanges

• If a product arrives damaged, the wrong item was sent or there is a manufacturing defect, we replace it or refund you within 14 days of receipt.
• Write to [email protected] or call 0 800 339 015: give the order number, describe the problem and attach photos. We pay the return shipping of such an item.
• Refunds go back the same way the order was paid, within 7 days of the item reaching the warehouse.
• Dietary supplements and cosmetics of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned (the list approved by Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.03.1994). Please check the composition and contraindications before ordering — the consultant will help in the site chat or by phone.
• A cash-on-delivery parcel can be inspected at the branch and refused before payment — it then goes back to the warehouse.
