Face Fitness

Women with expressive facial features unconsciously perform facial gymnastics. There are faces of very calm women that resemble a mask.

It is beneficial for all women to engage in facial gymnastics several times a week so that the muscles and tissues receive more oxygen, nutrients, and better eliminate toxins.

Exercises improve lymphatic and venous drainage. This is a prevention of ptosis, double chin, and other age-related issues. For slack facial skin muscles, it is better to perform exercises daily. Before gymnastics, cleanse, tone, and apply cream to the skin. Each exercise is performed three times, one after another.

Five to seven minutes a day is sufficient for training – preferably in the morning. The most important thing is consistency.

Perform the exercises slowly, sitting with a straight back. Do them slowly to your favorite music.

Exercise 1.

Expand your nostrils, take a deep breath through your nose, puff out your cheeks, and forcefully exhale air through your closed lips in bursts.

Repeat 3-4 times.

Exercise 2.

Do the same, holding the corners of your mouth in place with your index fingers.

Repeat 3-4 times.

Exercise 3.

Do the same, puffing out your left cheek and exhaling through the left corner of your mouth. Do the same, puffing out your right cheek and exhaling through the right corner of your mouth.

Repeat 3-4 times.

Exercise 4.
